European Poetry in Motion®—Sampling the Riches of European Verse

European poetry is in bloom—and on the Metro—this spring! European Poetry in Motion®, an exciting showcase for European verse, commemorates the EU's 50th anniversary and celebrates the richness and cultural diversity of Europe. When you ride Metrobus during the month of May, look for poems from all 27 EU Member States. After you get home, check out the European Poetry in Motion® website at www.europeanpoetryinmotion.eu for a schedule of poetry readings, film screenings, and other EU activities in the Washington, DC metro area, including the EU Embassies Open House Day on Saturday, May 12.
