Euro Challenge Competition Inspires Learning About EU and Euro

Over 100 students gather today at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for the annual Euro Challenge, an educational competition that encourages high school students to learn more about the European Union and the euro, the EU's single currency. Launched by the Delegation of the European Commission in Washington, the Euro Challenge fosters a greater appreciation among young people of the strong economic and political ties that bind the United States and Europe.
