Judge Koen Lenaerts

Judge Koen Lenaerts of the European
Court of Justice will discuss the European Constitution
and and its implications on both sides of the Atlantic on
Tuesday, March 29, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. The event will
be held at the Delegation of the European Commission, 2300
M Street, NW, Washington, DC.
US Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer will make introductory
remarks.
